The St. Bernard Chamber of Commerce recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony… for itself!
The Chamber recently moved to a modern collaborative space within the Nunez Community College Student Testing and Career Counseling Center.
✨ Thank you for inviting our very own Adia Lundy, the ArcGNO Manager of Waiver Employment, to be among those celebrating this milestone and supporting the Chamber’s new executive director, Erin Bigner. We were grateful to be part of this special day, including signing the official ribbon and promoting all the amazing work that ArcGNO is doing in St. Bernard Parish. This includes building meaningful partnerships that create more inclusive employment and community opportunities throughout the parish.
Thank you!

Another job well done!
Thanks to the hard work of our Grounds Krewe, along with support from staff and leadership, ArcGNO successfully tackled the aftermath of a busy Mother’s Day on the Lakefront, picking up tons of trash and ensuring the beauty of the remains remained intact for everyone to enjoy. Two of the busiest days for trash pickup on the Lakefront are Easter Monday and the day after Mother’s Day.

🏆 What an incredible day we had at the golf tournament at Five O Fore Golf Entertainment for ArcGNO! We captured some amazing moments, but not everything went exactly as planned.
Before we dive into the fun, ArcGNO would again like to thank all of our golf sponsors: Adams & Reese, Gulf Coast Bank & Trust Co., Marsh McLennan Agency - Southwest and TechnologyEdge. We could not have done this without you!
Now, it's time for a little lighthearted fun.

✨ Thank You to the @jazzandheritage Foundation!
We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity provided by the Community Outreach Tickets program! Thanks to this initiative, participants like Eric had the chance to experience the magic of the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. This festival not only celebrates our rich culture and music but also plays a vital role in supporting our community.

🌍✨ Thank you, Loyola University New Orleans and Students for Environmental Action and the Environment Program, for inviting ArcGNO to participate in this year’s Sustainability Fair in Loyola's Palm Court. This event was part of an Earth Week celebration on campus.
Opportunities like this give ArcGNO’s Mardi Gras bead recycling program even greater exposure and allow ArcGNO to connect with even more potential volunteers, as together we can make a difference!
And yes, our “display” neighbor was a very long snake….yikes!

🌍🎉 In celebration of Earth Day, ArcGNO’s Mardi Gras Recycle Center team members joined forces with employees of the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center for a Mardi Gras bead-sorting event as part of Keep Louisiana Beautiful Love the Boot Week. Together, we sorted and packaged over 2,600 pounds of Mardi Gras beads! This collaborative effort not only helps us reduce waste but also gives discarded beads a second life in future Mardi Gras celebrations.
Thank you to everyone involved in making this day a success! #EarthDay #MardiGras #TheArcGNO #RecycleBeads #Sustainability
