VARIACIONES DE CARLOS CELDRÁN: MEMORIA, AUTOFICCIÓN Y DOLOR

En la producción reciente de Carlos Celdrán —“Diez millones”, “Misterios y pequeñas piezas”, “Papier maché”— leemos la historia de varias generaciones de cubanos. Sin la constricción de temporalidades ni de territorios, sus relatos son nuestros o nos tocan tangencialmente.
En ese tejido dramático de hechos, rostros y máscaras, siempre hay algo familiar. Celdrán ha logrado dibujar un perfil colectivo de un “nosotros” —cubanos de aquí, allá, acullá— en el que nos reconocemos y nos ubicamos en un mismo lugar y tiempo. Esa ha sido, a través de su propia historia y de su memoria familiar, íntima y generacional, la estrategia de escritura de uno de los autores contemporáneos cubanos más lúcidos y fecundos.
