My camera roll from the last few weeks in the kitchen. Thank you all for such a busy bank holiday weekend, but also a bonkers April. Our dream team have been non stop but we are very grateful for so many wonderful customers. May is set to be even busier as we have started work on our new kitchen space and are thrilled to be heading back to the magical @guardswellfarm Market this Wednesday (6th, 3pm-7pm). Sun is here and our salads are here! Pearl couscous, @belazu_co chickpeas, roasted tomatoes, celery and a tonne of herbage. Topped with pickled radish. In our fridge now (alongside lots of other picnic worthy goodies!). If BBQing is on your mind we also have lots of delicious bits in @lonthestore just across the road.
