After this home failed its gas safety inspection due to a gas leak, we were called in to investigate. After all, the appliances were disconnected and capped. We tested the fitting line to find it was still leaking. As there was no access hole to under the house, we jackhammered the concrete out and dug our way under.
After we cut the line and re tested, we found the leak to be in a section ran below the dirt line under the house. We ran a new line on the external and re connected to the existing line. This resolved the leak and made the home gas tight once again.

Got called in to investigate a water leak under a basin. After ruling out the basin, we pointed our investigation over to the adjacent shower. We flood tested the base, and there were no signs of leaking after 5 hours. We then started testing the walls of the shower. We managed to get the dye to suck into the wall at the niche and were able to flush it through once directed shower water at it.
Water appeared under the basin kicker in no time. Another leak found for the home owner.

Installation of some trench grates from our favourites @rsgrating to assist with the catchment of rain water from these new concrete areas. We also added a few more downpipes to a charged line to make the most of stormwater catchment. Relocated the 2000 litre slimline tank, so it is now beside the 5000 round tank.

Some days, we make solutions for our clients, like making an additional door into a toilet block. We had to remove route water lines and place a 50mm waste pipe into a sani vite lifting pump and run over the top of the door and back into the drain.

A burst fire service under a dividing wall between two factories was a solid test for team tain. We had to remove the toilet in the factory on the right and jack hammer out in the factory on the left as the split in the copper was right near the tee feeding both factories. Not much fun jackhammering under tilt panels. All repaired, lagged,and concreted back up. All rubbish and concrete removed from site.
