Pleased to announce the new album “A Vanishing Touch” to be released on LP/digital by @badabingrecords on October 27th. A 40 minute suite of cursed tape music, treated horns, distorted loops, smeared organs, and much more. Pre-order link is in the bio. Many thanks for listening, and special thanks to anyone who helped make this possible, and @iilyasaahmed for playing acoustic guitar on a track.
Honored to be a part of this fundraiser compilation featuring an amazing lineup of artists who are united in solidarity against the ongoing atrocities faced by Palestinians. All proceeds will be going to the Ghassan Abu Sittah Children’s Fund. Dr Ghassan has volunteered extensively in Gaza since this genocide started. This fund aims to treat injured children, rebuild medical infrastructure, and establish a sponsorship program for 20,000+ orphans from this conflict.

Movements Of Night (2013) was released 10 years ago, on LP/digital by Students Of Decay. Hazy and blurred hymns for night owls. Perhaps a reissue will happen soon?
Pleased to announce Dast, the first release under my name. It’s a study in spectralism and minimalism that explores the microtonal and acoustic qualities of an Iranian Santur. Its emphasis being on pitch, tuning, feedback, and resonances that are altered using several electroacoustic treatments and sound manipulations. Photography by @daniellequenell Digital/Limited edition CD (preorder) available through bandcamp. Link in bio 🌹
I was reminded today that the first album ‘The Silent March’ is 10 years old, and that these mellotron & guitar dirges are all grown up. Originally released on cassette by Nice Up, and later vinyl reissue on Students Of Decay.
