Get info on the open job positions SFO is offering, hiring now. Interested in joining a union? The Electricians Union IBEW will outline the steps needed to enter the high paying union career in construction.

MNC offers Emergency Rental Assistance Program, emergency utility needs and free food pantry. Patelco provides financial tools and resources.

3/12/26: Rocking the Boat
Chris Childers will share current job openings: Development Manager ($75k to $85k) & Program Assistant ($18 to $21/hr), plus info on high school boatbuilding and environmental science programs.
3/19/26: Laborers Union Local 261 & SECC Access Center
Rosendo Lopez will explain the union enrollment process and trade career pathways. Apprentices in SF typically earn $30 to $45/hr, journeymen $50+ per hour with benefits. SECC Access Center will also be onsite with tech support and community resources.
3/25/26: Operating Engineers Union Local 3
Meg Anne Pryor will outline steps to become an Operating Engineer. Bay Area apprentices start below journeyman pay, increasing each year; fully trained engineers can earn $54 to $57/hr (approximately $110k to $120k+ annually) with benefits.
