Graduate! Maxwell Raymond Harris graduating from Orem High School May 22, 2026. Our second graduate in two years. He has committed to Georgetown in the fall we couldn’t be more excited for him. He will be studying Environmental Science and Policy through Georgetown’s Earth Commons Institute. Congrats Max!! We are so excited do your bright future and how you will contribute to the world.
Best time celebrating Max in DC this week. Can’t wait for him to be a Hoya! @georgetownuniversity Love being together with my family and laughing and wearing ourselves out. We have been to DC three times since Covid and I haven’t visited the African history museum before. It was a moving experience to go through all the exhibits, and I would recommend it to anyone that hasn’t been! Now my new favorite museum. ❤️ We became so comfortable with the city when we lived there years ago and we can’t wait for Max to experience the same.

Jameses 19th Birthday needs its spot on the IG Square. I can’t believe I have a 19 year old!! I love watching him reach his dreams, but I also want to go back and hug the little cute 4th grader and push in the cart the 6th month old baby he was.

Max is 17!!! He turned 17 this month right after he started his senior year. He wanted to backpack Mt. Timpanogoos for his birthday as a family. I thought that was a sweet request so we started the night before. I packed up a mini chocolate cake w raspberries and it made it in one piece! A full steak dinner with mashed potatoes and French bread too! It was a fun surprise for him. We ended the hike the next day by eating our hearts out at Olive Garden and then celebrating with Roberts family the day after that.
Max is a true joy! He is hardworking and dedicated and always trying to make things better. He is taller than Robert now too! He didn’t go on one of our summer road trips or adventures as he was dedicating his study to the ACT like a full time job!!!! Not sure where he gets that stamina from. He started a debate team at his high school this year and loves student council too. Love this kid!!
I spent the most beautiful week in Arroyo Seco, Taos and Santa Fe New Mexico. It touched my soul in ways that are hard to describe. It was my 34 state to visit and had been on my list forever. The oldest churches in the nation are here. Along with amazing Catholic Church lore: Floating stairs, vanishing priests, blessed dirt, holy chilis, glowing paintings. The most beautiful art and food spent with the kindest people. Xoxo until I come back again 🌞
Russell is 11!! And like a tired mom I only put ten candles on the cake! We had an EPIC party! The biggest shabang for the bestest kiddo. Lots of fun and lots of joy with Russell as the caboose. Love you!
Happy Birthday to this Bruiser. He’s is the my real life doll. Benny has been with us for 14 years now and he is the best gift ever. He still says I love you on his own to me and gives so many hugs. He works hard at school and baseball and everything he tries to do. He was stoked to get this new bat for his birthday!! We love you Benny! ⚾️ 🎂❤️
