Valentine’s Day is fast approaching and we have a fun little event for sweethearts of every stripe - we’re pairing our Raspberry Fruit Shop Gose with Chocolate Sticky Croissants from our acclaimed friends at @aprespastry !
Our Yuzu Sour base beer is conditioned on a hefty dose of raspberry purée and vanilla, poured into a fancy glass, and topped with a dollop of whipped cream. It’s accompanied by an exclusive-to-RTB croissant made with European chocolate, French butter, and the skills Jen acquired during her Viennoiserie studies in Paris.
It’s gonna be a bit fancy and a lot of fun! Supplies are limited so grab your best pal and we’ll see you Saturday at the taproom!
