Trump’s HUD Secretary said Americans should get “equal rights, not extra rights.” We all know Trump and Turner think anti-discrimination laws give LGBTQ+ people “extra rights.” That’s why the Trump Administration wants to eliminate HOPWA, which provides #housing for people with HIV and AIDS.
HOPWA has had bipartisan support for 30 years, and it’s not going to stop now.

House Republicans are dismantling American diplomacy, forfeiting American global leadership to China and Russia.
Abandoning our allies and turning our back on the world does not make us strong. It makes us weak. It makes us an unreliable ally and an untrustworthy partner.
For many countries, our international aid programs are the primary way they interact with the United States. Trump’s bill to slash global health funding will cause preventable deaths and push our allies towards our adversaries. #usaid
