Cybersouth Transforms Into Bali-Inspired Escape for Mother’s Day with “La Isla” Lifestyle Market CYBERSOUTH, 10 May 2026 – In conjunction with Mother’s Day, Cybersouth by @avalandberhad hosted La Isla: Resort Lifestyle Market, a Bali-inspired experiential lifestyle event that brought a resort escape concept into the heart of the township. Positioned as a Bali-themed lifestyle activation, the one-day event transformed The Island and Avalon Show Unit into a tropical resort-style destination featuring curated markets, workshops, and family-friendly activities. The event was jointly organised by Cybersouth, featuring Artisan & Lifestyle vendors curated by Market Minggu, F&B offerings by Lorong Belakang Cybersouth, Bali-themed workshops by The Potters, Nature & Craft sessions by the Sustainability Department, and a terrarium experience by Tiny Forest by award-winning Malaysian singer-songwriter Yuna and her mother. Adding to the immersive atmosphere, live DJ sets by DOM brought a laid-back beach club energy to the event, reinforcing the Bali-inspired resort ambience throughout the day. Visitors explored a curated Resort Lifestyle Market featuring handcrafted goods, plants, and lifestyle products, complemented by immersive, hands-on experiences designed to encourage creativity, relaxation, and family bonding. Highlights included seashell candle making and ocean-inspired jewellery crafting under the Bali-themed workshops. The Mother’s Day edition of La Isla forms part of Cybersouth’s ongoing placemaking initiatives to strengthen community engagement and position the township as a lifestyle-driven destination integrating nature, wellness, and experiential living. The event received encouraging response from both visitors and vendors, with many highlighting the enjoyable atmosphere, immersive experiences, and strong sense of community throughout the day.
