It's dedicated to @nastygal_lery and @nastywomenlondon as we got our art show extended at the @arbeitstudios London.
The show is about women's struggles and fights in our contemporary life and how, how we juggle family, jobs and art and, whatever happens, we uprise and glow.

Dieses Werk von aparan auf der Brick Lane ist genau so ein Moment: laut, verspielt, fast überladen – und trotzdem mit einer starken, ruhigen Präsenz im Zentrum.
Was mich fasziniert:
Diese Mischung aus kontrollierter Malerei und bewusstem Chaos drumherum. Sticker, Tags, kleine Eingriffe – alles lebt weiter auf der Oberfläche. Street Art ist hier kein fertiges Bild, sondern ein Prozess.
Und genau das liebe ich an London:
Nichts bleibt stehen. Alles verändert sich. Und genau darin liegt die Energie.

My two collaboration prints with the brilliant @creativethinkin are finally out in the world.
This is a rare, one-off chance to own prints from our original map works “Princess Doppelganger” and “Three Peaks of Plenty.” Each piece carries a unique energy — we started separately, each painting on one map, then swapped midway. What followed was an unexpected dialogue of ideas, layers, and instincts merging into something neither of us could have made alone.

Manchmal reicht ein Gesicht, um eine ganze Wand zum Leben zu bringen.
Auf der Brick Lane sind mir hier gleich zwei Handschriften begegnet:
Die ruhige, fast träumerische Figur mit den geschlossenen Augen stammt von Apparan – umgeben von diesen kraftvollen, geschwungenen Blautönen, die wie Gedanken oder Wellen wirken.
Daneben taucht ein Porträt von Moxsblag auf – ein schöner Beweis dafür, wie viele Künstler sich auf dieser Straße gegenseitig inspirieren und ihre Spuren hinterlassen.
Was ich an solchen Begegnungen liebe:
Man entdeckt nicht nur ein Werk, sondern oft gleich mehrere Geschichten, die sich auf einer einzigen Wand überlagern.
London überrascht mich immer wieder – genau deshalb komme ich hier nie mit leeren Eindrücken zurück.

Having a studio, even a small and modest one, can mean so much to an artist. In a city like London, where space is expensive and often out of reach, having a dedicated place to create feels like a privilege. It offers not just physical room, but mental space — somewhere to think, experiment. I remain deeply grateful for any corner I can call my own, knowing that such spaces allow ideas to grow and work to take shape.
