"Motherhood is an identity I have found, in Christ."
Happy Mother's Day to... some? Motherhood isn't just about functions—it's a profound identity rooted in biblical truth and eternal value. Join Lindsay as she hosts Bonnie Pue (of The Union Movement) and Melissa (wife of Wes Huff), whose stories and insights illuminate the true beauty and significance of being a mother. They empathize and speak to the mom who may be questioning her role amidst the weight of high expectations or insecurities. From the lessons of their own childhoods to biblical principles of serving and spiritual motherhood, they reveal how motherhood is both a gift and a calling that shapes not only our families but the Kingdom itself.
Friends, I'm so thankful for the time I got to spend with Lindsay Martin from Apologetics Canada. In our conversation she shares about the Thanksgiving when everything changed ... when a simple question about her late-term pregnancy led to events that would alter her life forever. "How's the baby doing?" led to an emergency trip to the hospital and the news no expecting mom wants to hear. Lindsay's speaks honestly about some "salt in the wound" moments and also about how she was able to come home to an empty nursery and yet proclaim, "God, I know you are good."
If you are walking through a valley of silence or wondering where God is in your pain, this episode was recorded just for you. You aren't alone.

In this episode, Andy sits down with Andrew VanderPloeg—VP of Marketing and Communication at Shareword Global. They discuss defining evangelism properly as a relational, ethical, and strategic process rooted in the life and teachings of Jesus. They reveal that effective gospel communication isn’t about tricks or formulas, but about understanding your audience, cultivating genuine relationships, and trusting God with the results
