AP+I Day recap! Another great year celebrating promotions, reflecting on the past year, and getting excited for what’s ahead. This year, we focused on communication across teams (with a Lego exercise) and celebrated big wins with some champagne.🥂
We wrapped up the day at Valley Goat for lunch and games. Thanks to the entire AP+I team for bringing laughter and good vibes to a day full of numbers and charts. 😆🩷

What was once an underutilized corner of campus is now a vibrant, culture-driven destination. Inspired by the company’s origins as a small Korean trading shop, the Ramen Bar + Sanghoe Market reimagines the workplace amenity as both a social hub and storytelling moment. Warm wood tones, open shelving, and layered displays make the space feel like a neighborhood market, while the ramen bar anchors the space providing comfort meals throughout the day. Whether it’s a quick bite, a late-night reset, or an unplanned conversation, the space is designed to support the moments in between.

When the day calls for hard hats, PPE, and a gold sledgehammer, you know we’re in. We had the chance to join Red Iron Group and @gcigc onsite for a little hands-on “stress relief” as demolition kicked off. Big thanks to Red Iron Group and GCI for letting us be part of it!
Our global law firm project, located in San Francisco, aspires to capture and frame each of the Bay’s Landmarks while offering a highly efficient and comfortable environment. The design draws inspiration from the journey employees and visitors experience from the moment they arrive in the neighborhood, as well as from the building's inherent elegance, and is complemented by warm tones and soft textures. 🌇✨

Located on the 30th floor of one of the most iconic buildings in the heart of San Francisco’s Financial District, this global law firm’s expansion takes full advantage of sweeping Bay Area views. The renovated reception area and new community hub are connected by a glass banister staircase, allowing movement between spaces without ever losing sight of the city. 💌🌉

At One Santana West, we transformed the ground floor into a place where connection and well-being take center stage. The space welcomes tenants with a coffee bar, café, and flexible lounge suited for casual gatherings or events. ☕🌿
