Your two most available days and which half of the day your prefer to visit This will help me gauge a time I will take for the service to give you a price , mods and usage help me determine which route to go with my adjustments after calibrations are done , knowing why you need an alignment may lead to you not spending money on an alignment 3 times in one month because of a bad part causing what you’re complaining about that a wheel alignment service may not correct Wheel Alignment services do not fix/ get rid of shakes in the steering wheel. Road Force your wheels and tires. Please make sure your vehicle is in proper working order before booking an alignment. I do not include inspections with alignment services. If you need your suspension or steering inspected, I offer that as a separate service:     •    Suspension & Steering geometry Inspection: $160 (includes recommendations, geometry printouts, no adjustments, does not search for clunks, noises, vibrations )     •    Routine 6-Month Wheel Alignment Check: $40 (no recommendations. - no geometry print outs - no adjustments) Do not inspect your vehicle the day of your appointment and cancel last minute—it doesn’t make sense and costs both of us time. A minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule without a fee. Same-day cancellations / no call no shows will require 100% payment for the missed appointment cost plus the appointment cost you show up to. Firestone doesn’t have this policy. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation Thanks 🙏🏼
