Twelve years on K’Road, closed weekends, and zero interest in online reviews. Ismo Koski from @aperokrd is an industry stalwart and arguably one of the greatest waiters this country has ever seen. He has an innate understanding of service and people that makes him the perfect person to hold court at the very restaurant every restaurateur wishes was theirs.
