Logos have been an obsession of mine since my skating days. There was always something about repping a mark, being proud to wear it, that pulled me into the craft.
That feeling hasn’t changed. It’s still what draws me back in today!
The idea that I can create a mark, a word, something my clients look at and say, “Damn, I’m proud of this”, that’s why I still do all my own logo work.
Why am I sharing this?
Partly because @LogoArchive@logoarchive.now has been spotlighting work from people I’ve looked up to for years.
But also as a reminder: design isn’t just a job.
For most of us, it’s the feeling, the craft, the outcome. It’s a passion, not just work.

A logo isn’t a brand but it’s often the first thing people judge you on.
If it feels generic or forgettable, it quietly undermines everything else. Not because logos do all the work, but because perception is built in seconds.
That’s why I put so much care into making each one distinctive. It doesn’t need to explain the whole story, but it should evoke something. A feeling. A sense of intent.

They lacked any logo, system or visual direction and needed a fresh identity that reflected the company’s ongoing innovation and Growth. We did just that!

A few visuals from a Financial Technology Sector Branding project I worked on recently.
We built a cleaner, bolder, and more scalable brand system, one that resonated so strongly it led directly to rebranding their partner company, Reload Logistics.
There’s huge untapped potential in the B2B space to stand out, to move beyond playing it safe and start telling more distinctive brand stories.
With the right approach, B2B brands can be just as bold, expressive, and memorable as anything in the consumer world, and that’s where real competitive advantage is created.

Truthfully stepping back hasn’t slowed business down at all. I’ve been busier than ever utilising X and other platforms
