Last week, we celebrated the reopening of Hellems Hall at @CUBoulder , a 105-year-old landmark ready for its next chapter.
Our team transformed nearly 95,000 sf, modernizing systems, improving accessibility, and preserving the historic character that makes Hellems iconic.

A big milestone (and a fan-favorite perk) at Colorado School of Mines 🎉
Last Friday, the team celebrated the tower crane removal at the Energy and Minerals Research Facility, marking major progress on site. To top it off, the crew handed out custom shirts and brought in an In-N-Out trailer serving up Double-Doubles for everyone. 🍔👏
