We're putting together an awesome farm stand team for the 2026 season (mid-March to November). We're looking for:
🔸 Farm Stand Cafe Team Members: Play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our farm stand! Take orders, serve food and drinks, support farm events and workshops, and more!
🔸 Farm Stand Cook: Come work in the kitchen! Assist in the preparation of the farm stand menu items and weekly specials using ingredients sourced directly from our farm.
🔸 Porter/Dishwasher: Help us maintain a clean and organized kitchen! Your primary responsibilities will be to keep a steady supply of clean dishes for the kitchen throughout service as well as keeping the back of house organized.

Lots of new followers here, so let us (re)introduce ourselves! We are All One One All (AOOA) Farm, a nonprofit farm, education center, eatery, distillery, and farm stand. We are all about good food, good ag, and community.

👩🌾 Farmers' Update
We are trialing a few different ways to protect our trees and still allow the sheep access to the orchard. Using fencing, cages, and carefully timed moves, it is a delicate balance to keep the sheep fed and the orchard healthy.
Our herd of Karakuls spent the week moving through our most luscious willow patch. With the main stem protected, they can go to town on the younger shoots which they love! Swipe for the before and after of a few hours in their new diggs!
Special guests Chef Sébastien Giannini (@lechefsebastien ) and Anina Belle Giannini (@lechefswife ) are bringing the flavors and spirit of the South of France to AOOA!
Raised in Toulon, Sébastien began cooking in Michelin-starred kitchens at 14 and has since built an international career, most recently serving as President of Disciples Escoffier USA and earning the Maître Artisan distinction in 2025.
His wife Anina Belle is the founder of Le Chef’s Wife, a French food and lifestyle platform focused on approachable, seasonal cooking rooted in tradition, with features in The Today Show, Food & Wine, and The Washington Post.
Together, they will lead the Provençal Déjeuner Culinary Workshop: Technique, Tradition & Table on Saturday, May 30—a hands-on class exploring the generous simplicity of a traditional Provençal farm meal, with a focus on technique, seasonal ingredients, and cooking to share.
On the menu:
🔹 Bagna Cauda ~ a warm, garlicky anchovy and olive oil dip served with crisp, seasonal vegetables
🔹 Canon d’Agneau with Tomate Confit, Tapenade, and Fresh Févettes ~ a tender cut of lamb with slow-roasted tomatoes, olive tapenade, and fava beans
🔹 Nage de Fraises au Thyme Citronné ~ strawberries in a delicate syrup scented with lemon thyme)
After cooking and learning, we will gather to share the meal we’ve prepared together! Cocktails and spirits are available for purchase.

Explore the farm while learning through hands-on discovery. Guided activities connect nature with math, science, observation, and storytelling. Through observing animals, exploring the fields, and noticing the rhythms of nature, children develop confidence and a deeper connection to the natural world.
Sessions are held rain or shine! Nature-based play is all about embracing the elements, and we encourage families to dress appropriately for the weather.
