There’s something fitting about sharing this on the first day of the year. BEGIN AGAIN, AND AGAIN, AND AGAIN—my new book. Available to preorder now (link in bio). Coming March 17, 2026. This book started differently than my others—thoughts that turned into sketches, that inspired poetry and essays. More of my writing lives here than in my previous work. It’s about renewal. The deep exhaustion and the unexpected grace of it. The moments when you thought you were done, but life asks you to go a little further. I made this for anyone who’s starting over. Learning to rest between cycles. Anyone who needs to know that beginning again isn’t something you do once—it’s the ongoing practice of being alive. I can’t wait to share more with you all in the coming months. I hope it finds you. 🤍, Alessandra

I used to think love was about finding someone to fill the empty spaces. But I was never empty. And neither were you. You are already whole. The right person will know that. Two complete people. That’s how it starts. 🤍

I used to try to get through the hard parts faster. Now I look for what they’re showing me.

Santa Fe friends — come find me on May 22nd. I’ll be in conversation with my dear friend Elena Brower at @ldbastudio on Canyon Road — one of my favorite places in the world, and where I buy every watercolor I use to make my work. We’ll talk about beginning again. The exhaustion of it. The grace of it. All the times life asks you to start over when you thought you were done. Free and open to all. Light refreshments, signed books, good company. Friday May 22 4–6pm LDBA 717 Canyon Road Santa Fe 🤍

change doesn’t wait for you to be ready. it was already inside you the whole time. for everyone still in the crossing, the unmapped, not-yet-finished part. that’s not a problem to solve. that’s the whole thing. 🤍

you don’t have to go anywhere. you don’t have to fix anything first. what you keep looking for is not ahead of you. it is here. it has always been here. and so have you.
