Swimming Jewels.
Koi fish are often referred to as “swimming jewels,” in Japan. This embellished cross-body bag is brought to life on a silver satin base, intricately encrusted with sequins, beads, and crystals, and finished with sculptural metallic leather fins.
Each piece is meticulously handcrafted, featuring seven different types and colours of sequins and ten variations of stones, and takes approximately 35 hours to complete.

The craft behind the May collection.
As part of our new May collection, we explored the delicacy and beauty of Japan through texture, shape, and colour.
Drawing inspiration from the structure of Japanese lanterns, our Raffia Blossom Basket takes over 70 hours to weave and complete, featuring raffia flowers and leather fringes that form delicate eye details.
We also explored sculptural spiral forms in woven raffia, drawing on the organic movement found in Japanese sea life, which translated into our Raffia Squid crossbody.
Each piece reflects hours of intricate handwork, weaving, and layering — a true celebration of artisanal craftsmanship.
