Our proposal "Diploriam", developed for the Incasòl competition for the construction of 80 housing units.
The housing block is organised into two volumes connected by a single central core. This configuration reduces costs, improves efficiency and allows all dwellings to be through-units, enhancing cross ventilation and environmental performance.

Our proposal "Diploriam", developed for the Incasòl competition for the construction of 80 housing units.
The building layout responds to orientation and topography. By separating the volumes and opening the central space, the proposal maximises solar exposure, natural ventilation and a direct relationship with the surrounding landscape.

Rehabilitation of an ecclesiastical residence in Tarragona. Ongoing.
Light as a shared element. The inner courtyard acts as a vertical void, bringing daylight and ventilation deep into the building. Framed by historic façades, it connects the different levels and reinforces the counting sense of continuity between old and new.

A domestic scale within a historic structure. The rooms are conceived as small, autonomous apartments. Warm materials, filtered light and a clear spatial order create a quiet atmosphere, where comfort and simplicity support daily routines without competing with the existing architecture.

A building shaped by mass and context. The project is conceived as a sober volume rooted in its neighbourhood, using earthy and ochre tones to establish continuity with the surrounding fabric. Openings are carved with precision into a solid mass, defining a robust urban presence and a clear architectural order along Rambla Volart and the adjoining streets.

Olive Grove Interpretation Center in Zaidín. Ongoing
The transformation of an old warehouse into an interpretation centre begins with restoring its condition as a single, unified space. The nave is stripped back by removing partitions and later additions, preserving only the structure and the envelope in order to release a large, continuous void. A small autonomous volume is attached at the entrance, concentrating the enclosed functions and allowing the rest of the interior space to remain open and flexible.

The intervention places emphasis on a careful selection of materials and on detailed craftsmanship that dignifies a minimal space, transforming it into a functional, clean environment coherent with the aesthetic principles of Japanese gastronomy. The value of void and focus.

With stone as its material, a single, precise and restrained element becomes the functional and symbolic centre of the project. Stone, a primary, durable and honest material, needs no artifice: its value lies in the cut, in its weight, and in the way it occupies space. Within a minimal interior, stone brings gravity, order and permanence.
40 social housing units in Tiana. Competition. Second prize.
The four buildings of the residential complex integrate into the naturalized urban environment, adapt to the site’s topography, and shape an urban park that brings together green areas, public spaces, and shared community spaces.

Prototype building for prefabricated social housing. Ongoing.
In the face of the housing crisis, the prefabricated modules are transported fully finished and assembled on-site, promoting a fast and efficient approach to social housing construction.
