It’s been a busy morning, preparing a vegan curry chickpea dish. I love that some of the spices in this dish are used in oil form, in perfumery, such as: ginger, all spice, and thyme. Other spices not so much, like curry, garam masala, turmeric, garlic, and chili flakes. I also appreciate that I did not have to go out and buy any of these spices, I already had them in my cupboard.
