This month, as we present our annual #DesignIssue, in a special two-cover issue, we honour inspiring figures and groundbreaking ideas that shape our perspective, spark creativity and strengthen our global connections.
Representing this spirit of renewal and quiet resilience is our cover star: Pia Wurtzbach Jauncey (@piajauncey ). Shot at Villa Miani in Rome and wearing Bvlgari high jewellery and watches, she tells a story that goes beyond fashion—one of resilience, self-confidence and growth. Living between Manila and Dubai, Pia continues to redefine her path, embracing each new chapter with intent and authenticity. To capture this moment, our cover shoot was set against the timeless backdrop of the Eternal City, where history and modernity constantly converse.
#InsideTheIssue features visionaries whose work blends tradition with innovation, from de Gournay’s detailed, hand-painted craftsmanship to Nature Squared’s sustainable material innovations.
The inspiration continues as we look into the revitalisation of the Cultural Centre of the Philippines and the upcoming upgrades to Ninoy Aquino International Airport—both reflecting a renewed dedication to creativity and national pride.
In an increasingly unpredictable world, design rooted in meaning offers clarity and direction. Discover more in our May 2026 issue.

I am thrilled that Manila House is recognised among the best private clubs in Asia by ‘The Beat Asia’! Thank you to our incredible members and the amazing MH team for making this possible. All glory to God for this honour! 🙏✨ @manila_house
Thank you for the lovely dinner at your beautiful home. You truly are the OG most stylish lady, Tina Ocampo! Great food, conversations (that may have gone everywhere and nowhere at the same time), and company! #tuesdaydinner
An evening of celebration marked the unveiling of Tatler Philippines’ special May two-issue cover starring Pia Wurtzbach Jauncey (@piajauncey ). Following a memorable shoot at Villa Miani in Rome with Bvlgari, guests including managing director Irene Martel Francisco and editor-in-chief Anton San Diego gathered at Brontë, chef Wade Watson’s highly anticipated new restaurant set to open in mid-May in Makati, for an intimate dinner.
With a menu showcasing chef Wade Watson’s modern take on Australian cuisine and a champagne-forward wine selection, the evening offered a fitting close to a cover moment shaped by style, craftsmanship and meaningful collaboration.

Forever my greatest blessing. Happy Mother’s Day, Mom. Your love, strength, and kindness mean everything to me. I am endlessly grateful for you. Love you ❤️❤️❤️
A river cruise along the Chao Phraya left us all captivated by Bangkok’s impressive infrastructure and rich culture. We found ourselves wondering when the Philippines might reach similar heights... Despite the heat, humidity, and a bit of rain, our spirits stayed high and we ended the night singing 'YMCA' by the Village People. #livinginthemoment #50+10group #bangkok #sawadeekap
Dib Bangkok, a former steel factory now transformed into a contemporary art museum, stands out as a must-visit destination in Bangkok and can rival international institutions. #fifty+10 #dibbangkokmuseum #funtimes
First full day in Bangkok! Our group of over fifty has grown, and while we would have loved to be in Florence for our trip, Bangkok is always a great choice! Welcome to Chi Chi, Claudia, Sharm, and Kathy! Hope you all survive the endless picture taking, lol 😆 #fiftygroup+10
We proudly unveiled our sizzling May two-issue cover featuring Pia Wurtzbach Jauncey at a dinner. The shoot took place at Villa Miani in Rome, where Pia was adorned with Bvlgari high jewellery and watches. The dinner was hosted at Brontë, the highly anticipated restaurant by Chef Wade Watson, opening in mid-May in Makati. Chef Wade’s modern interpretation of Australian cuisine is renowned for its use of Australian produce and a champagne-centric wine list. The food, company, and conversation were exceptional. #maycover #tatler #bronte
