Hace tiempo vengo buscando artistas por redes, Behance, grupos de WhatsApp y distintos medios… pero siento que en el camino se me pierde muchísimo talento que me encantaría descubrir 🥹
Además, estoy trabajando en un proyecto personal donde ya sumé varios artistas de Argentina, y me gustaría seguir conectando con más ilustradores ✨
Estoy buscando estilos donde los personajes transmitan emociones y expresiones fuertes; ilustraciones más caricaturescas, cálidas y figurativas, no tan abstractas o “plásticas”.

Hello everyone! 🤍
This is the first time I’m introducing myself with a real photo of me—it’s time to show who I am behind the illustrations! This is a very short summary about me and some goals I have for the near future.
As my post says, I’m a children’s book illustrator. Everything I know about illustration, I learned by myself. I started drawing at a very young age. As you can see in the video, I loved drawing on my aunt’s whiteboard (I was drawing her dog, lol). I was always inspired by the TV shows I watched, especially anime—Sailor Moon was my biggest inspiration for creating characters.
That’s why I never formally studied anatomy, theories, or illustration concepts. I don’t usually read books—I buy them mainly to look at the illustrations. I’m very visual and spontaneous. Because of that, my process doesn’t involve a lot of sketching. I don’t explore many different methods to create a single illustration; the idea comes to my mind, and that’s it.
On this profile, you’ll see more personal illustrations in a manga/kawaii style. I use this platform as a portfolio, but also as a way to show who I am and how I express myself.

Una tarde de un día de semana, después del jardín de infantes, volví a casa esperando con ansias mi chocolatada de la tarde. Mi mamá me la preparó, me senté en la mesa, prendí la tele… y por primera vez en mi vida apareció un pequeño personaje amarillo llamado Pikachu.
Fue el primer episodio de Pokémon que vi.
Desde ese día, llené mis cuadernos dibujando Pokémons todos los días hasta llegar a los 150. Y lo logré.
Mis ganas de dibujar crecieron todavía más después de ver capítulos y capítulos de Sailor Moon y Sakura Card Captor. Ahí fue cuando el animé entró en mi vida.
Japón nunca fue para mí un destino “de moda”. Fue un sueño. Y hace tres semanas, finalmente pude vivirlo.
Viajar a Japón fue como reencontrarme con mi arte y con mi yo de la infancia. Durante mi etapa de dibujar animé me volví más introvertida. Podía pasar horas sola con un lápiz, escapando de la realidad hacia mi pequeño mundo, y eso me hacía profundamente feliz.
En algún momento dejé de dibujar y consumir tanto este estilo porque sentía que no me entendían, como si no encajara con la gente que tenía alrededor. Ser “diferente” se convirtió en motivo de burla.
Pero esa parte tierna, inocente y cálida de la cultura japonesa siempre fue parte de mí… y también de lo que dibujo.
Durante años guardé llaveros de peluches y personajes en un cajón porque sentía que “esas cosas no van” donde vivo. Hasta que entendí que, después de conocer otras culturas, lo más importante es sentirse bien con uno mismo.
Así que hoy volví a casa con todavía más llaveritos… y esta vez sí quiero usarlos.
Volver a leer mangas, mirar animes románticos y tontos como cualquier serie romántica y tonta de Netflix, recordar a mis personajes favoritos y dibujar aquello que me inspiró desde chica, me hizo reconectar con una parte de mí que había dejado atrás. Y me siento orgullosa de eso.
Mi camino como ilustradora profesional, y todo lo que logré hasta hoy, existe en parte gracias a ese pequeño pedacito de Japón que me atrapó desde muy chica. ♥️

Years ago, I created a character who was a little chimera girl with curved goat horns, but after drawing her many times, I realized the horns were difficult to draw from different perspectives, lol. That’s why I decided to transform her into a bug girl with a beetle horn!
