As we begin to wind down, I've wrapped up my time at @crystalpalaceparktrust today! I've had a great year and it's been a privilege leading the marketing across a varied programme of events, workshops, talks, tours, walks, and festivals. It's been wonderful to do this alongside the team, freelancers, project partners, the friends of the park, and all that have brought moments of joy into the park. I'm proud of all we've done big and small to contribute to the continued mission of paying homage to the historic past, creating a welcoming space for new memories and go some of the way to making the world a slightly better place. Farewell for now to this south London gem and bring on the next chapter in 2026!

~ 23.08.2025 ~ 5 years married to @yollylollipop ! It's all by the grace of God that we're here at this milestone 🖐️ Last year was the hardest year of our lives and we didn't even have headspace to take a moment to celebrate our anniversary; everything we were striving for, held dear, even the way we approached life was turned on its head - we lost sight of everything that is actually important to us. Big up everyone that held us, supported us, and helped us feel more human again! Marriage often gets talked about as the love of two people but even though it's still early days, I have found it's the sum of your community: those you declared your union before, those that are with you in the hard times, and share in celebrating your wins. Community is something we care deeply about and we are blessed to have so many people in our lives that love us, root for us, and move through life alongside us - we couldn't have made it here without them. There are so many more that we love dearly but 20 pictures is surprisingly few to reflect 60 months... Here's to 5 years of partnering on this crazy thing called life, it's not always been easy but I'm grateful to for all of the memories we've made together so far. I look forward to continuing to the next 5 with more thriving than surviving and continuing to push one another to be better versions of ourselves! Settling into my new gym surroundings @jettsbrixton and I've been loving making the most of the outdoor rig/ area while the weather has been better! Barbell Warm up (20KG) Ring Rows 3x8 Deadlift 3x5 (90KG) Dead Hangs 3x 30 secs Hip abductor 3x8 (29KG) Leg Press 3x8 (81KG) Lat Pull 3x8 (32KG) Shoulder Press 3x8 (29KG) Working out has honestly been key to me building a more sustainable and healthy balance! It's actually kinda annoying there's really no substitute in its effectiveness for the body, mind, and mood 🤣 #workout #session #mentalhealth #balance #lifestyle #gym

Had such a fun day at the Open Door event, sampling @assemblyroast & @volcanocoffeeworks coffee, learning more about the coffee, processes, and what everything means! Then got to try my hand at learning some barista basics: finding the perfect balance for an espresso and then crafting a latte ☕ Feel so much more informed now! Living in London can be crazy but this was a nice break from the hustle and bustle... Summer is coming ☀️

Quick sesh @primeathletica while in Melbourne 🇦🇺💪 3x5 - 30kg Bench Press 2x5 - 50kg Deadlift 2x5 - 70kg Deadlift 1x5 - 90kg Deadlift Plate raise (10kg) - 10 reps Dumbbell Curls (2x10kg) - 10 reps Loved heading back here and great to get on a strength workout. Been a while and always surprised by how much the heat impacts my session!

Farewell @awal 👋 I’ve had a blast and been lucky enough to work with some of the best artists, teams, execs, and partners during my time. I count it an absolute privilege to have played a part in our artist’s careers, projects, and proud of all the wonderful moments along the way. Love that what we’ve created together in this time is now out in the world, and the art will have a life of its own for people to enjoy, cherish, and create their own memories to. I still believe music has the power to change the world, that artists, and their art can make things a whole load better. I’ve also had the chance to meet some wonderful people from across the company that genuinely want artists to craft their best, harness their creative vision, and most importantly win. In all the ups, downs, and sometimes madness of the music industry - it’s easy to forget this once young lad growing up in Yorkshire dreaming of working in music. He would be over the moon with what he’s had the chance to wake up, and do every day. End of this chapter but will always look back fondly on what I’ve done 💜💜

One of the best things I did in 2023 was 4 weeks of Wrestling Fundamentals @playfightlondon 🤼 Something I've been interested in trying for a while now and took the plunge in October (with a healthy push from my wife). Had a great time learning with @tallandconfused @dylan_colgan & @spiffykidd who were all super supportive and happy to have taken first steps in a ring with you! Shout out to @caranoirpw @heliosreal @spiketrivetpw & Adam "Muscles" Mansfield for all their tips & guidance! It's crazy doing something new for the first time and that switch from "I can't do that" to "wow, I really did that!" is unreal! With a fresh appreciation for British wrestling, athletes, and the industry, I'm very much looking forward to doing more in 2024!

We go again 💪🏋️‍♂️ Having never done any real strength training it really breaks week from overthinking, my general to-do list, and I look forward to learning more about what my body can do! Hit a PB twice this week! Hit 60KG but was feeling good so I stretched to 65KG, failed but gave it another go and hit it 🥳 Shout out @bondior on some of the 🎥 and @anthonyfhunt on the training & consistent encouragement! Sharing these as only in recent years taken my health, fitness, and wellbeing more seriously but just enjoying the ride 🚂

Had a decent session of Olympic Weightlifting this weekend following on from a week where nothing was working! Been at this just shy of 2 years and I can say some weeks things click and others you feel like you shouldn't have bothered - it's been equal parts frustrating and rewarding but have loved the process of learning & being surprised by what my body can do having not really done much in way of workouts/ previously having done no strength training! It's a reminder that some things in life aren't always linear as we'd like them to be and things don't always go to plan but we should still continue to turn up and be present in the moment 💪
