Warnin,
turnin me on
Is global warmin,
And so good mournin/mornin,
Terms we on
is so important,
Go get the foreman,
Sight/site of giant
midget Orphans,
Them witnesses
See them Witnesses (Jehovah)
like go get some Mormon/Moor men/more men
Some wicked shit
In this penmanship
Like I’ve bitten Norman
You sittin dormant ?
Wipin you out, Quilted Northern,
Tilt the orbit from the
Filth and morbid,
They flip on record some shit
But I shit recordins, Different Jordans
Give em porcelain
Like the gift a fortune,
Better drownin out
Then scorch and yellin,
Up in Hell’s Kitchen, Gordon.
They misinformed/miss and formed
You nigga, no McCormick,
This gourmet or a forfeit,
You in poor taste or the portrait
Coors sip
Compared to the coconut,
Your pick,
(Shoulder shrug)
I know what’s up …
That’s your shit,
I go above to source
Where the course split
A swordfish sandwich
You go against,
The Lord gives balance
post the fullies on Patreon?

As a token of my appreciation for all the support over the week…I just dropped the instrumental version of The Drought LP on Bandcamp for free. Link is in bio.
Thanks y’all!
Time flies.
I stumbled across this photo and was hit with a huge moment of gratitude. This is a shot taken during the Homage video shoot for the Big Shoes LP. Except for a handful of small upgrades. This studio setup was the basis of mostly everything I had released until that point. The Drought, The Art of Ink, BLKMRKTMNPLY, Big Shoes (and everything in between)…all done on this small desk. Logic 9, a Metric Halo 2882 interface, a Focusrite Trackmaster Pro channel strip, a Bluebird Mic, and a set of Event TR8 monitors. Oh…and an Akai MPC 2000xl.
I learned a long time ago that it’s not the equipment, nor the name on it…It’s the creator. Still, I’m thankful to be able to create a space worthy of the art and artists I know. We’ve come a long way.
God is good.
Midwest-bred, Southwest-based vocalist @abillifree teams up with Detroit’s Big Tone for their new single “UP A LEVEL.” This track blends A. Billi Free’s soulful vocals with Big Tone’s Detroit ghetto tech and house-inspired production—a perfect blend of dance floor energy and Detroit club roots. Curated and visually directed by @lamarlanders@theorematic , the single is available exclusively on Bandcamp this weekend. Video and Bandcamp links in bio.
