The press handstand is a move I always found super cool but just couldn't do it. Until recently. I just decided I wanted to add it to my movement library and made it my main focus on "push" days for a full cycle. It simply worked.
Realised a bit more deeply recently the importance of focusing on one thing only for a given cycle to get results. Wanting to work on too many skills at the same time dilute the effects of training and likely end up in not achieving any of these goals.
