Side mission:
I was bored in my hotel after visiting my factory. So I called a taxi to Xiamen Airport. While in the cab on the way to the airport [3:38pm], I painstakingly purchased my ticket for the 5:10pm flight to Taipei City, Taiwan.
After rushing out the airport at 7:38pm, I paid a random uber driver 3k NT (100 usd) to drive me around the whole city up until 11pm. His name is Larry; Sweet guy who loves rock and roll. He drove me around from stop to stop. Time was sensitive, I budgeted my time between all the stores.
My mission was to have my favourite meal in the whole world at Tian Tian Li (Oyster Omelette) and go shopping in Taipei before all the shops closed at 10pm and restaurants closed at 10:30. I landed at 6:45 pm with only about 3:15 hours to complete my goals.
I’m making this post at 12:45pm local time Taipei City, Taiwan. I have a flight that goes to Shanghai in the morning. My flight out of Shanghai to go back home is at 5:35pm.
After spending probably about 2k Canadian and 4 hours in this beautiful city. I feel fulfilled. I’m writing this message in my hotel room right now.
