If there’s anyone who deserves a 4-pour flight on a Sunday, it’s Mom 🌻 We’re rolling out a special menu this Mother’s Day, trading the beer for a Mom-osa flight featuring grapefruit, orange, cranberry, and pomegranate mimosas. Our kitchen is running one-day-only plates like housemade green chile cheddar biscuits and gravy, steak and eggs, seared duck breast with spring pea risotto, orange butter crepes and a Mom-te Cristo sando. Bring Mom by the pub this Sunday and let us handle the cooking for once 💐

We’re turning The Bitter Nun cocktail lounge into a Japanese Izakaya for one night, and one night only. Think five courses of absolute comfort: Ramen-seasoned popcorn, short rib egg rolls, and Miso Black Cod, all paired with sake bombs and chilled rice lager. Sunday, May 17th @ 5 PM. An evening at 413. Candlelight, shared tables, vintage plates, and a room full of people trusting me to cook for them. This was a small pairing dinner built course by course for a close group willing to slow down and experience something together. Grateful for the @chef_carlosmoreno who helped plate, the guests who showed up, and the space that let it all happen.
