Thrilled to share the massive project @levis_anz brought me on board to execute. These two custom looks for the NGV Gala were designed for the talented @donwestmusic and @lottierae_art Collaborating closely with @karenwalker and her team, the goal was to take their brilliant concepts and realise every detail. Lottie's pieces involved chainstitch embroidery, gold pyramid studding, and white leather horse silhouettes. Plus, my superstar sidekick Vincent crafted a custom tie from beautiful, specially selected mid-blue Italian denim. For Don's pieces we went all out with flame patches, large-scale embroidery dominating the back, a heap stud work and a good dose of custom patches. Seeing these designs move from the paper to the blue carpet was a true highlight.
