I was able to meet with Chef Aaron and find out more about the behind the scenes and the amazing menu they have. The food was so delicious and the location is stunning. You have some amazing views of the Zion mountains as you are eating a meal you will never forget. You can walking in to the restaurant, or even call and make a reservation. Chef Aaron and @chefshon believe in supporting local as much as they can in their meals. The menu they have created there really is something for everyone on the menu.
