Photo series for @gonerogueldn , art directed and styled by me in collaboration with photographer Maxwell Anderson and post-performance artists Riccardo T and Antonio Branco explores the tension between flamboyant self-expression and the sterile rigidity of modern life. Inspired by a Leigh Bowery-style revival, the work pushes back against the homogenisation of fashion and street style, reclaiming artifice, absurdity, and queerness as tools of visual resistance. Shot in an abandoned corporate office under stark lighting, the setting amplifies the surreal clash between performative identity and oppressive normalcy. The result is a bold reclamation of space and spectacle—part fantasy, part protest.
