請世界吃桌 Have A Seat 時隔了十年我又接了一檔台灣實境節目，但這次是台灣的，非常台灣、非常實境的節目。 可能因為滿滿的鄉音、可能滿滿的家鄉零食、可能… 好多的可能，真的是腎上腺素透支的一個拍攝。 去年在尬另一支長片的同時，我40歲生日那晚，導演、執行製作人抵達紐約場勘。導演親切的幹話、執行製作人的待人處事，我知道這個組合，會帶著大家going somewhere的。 聽著導演和執行製作人跟我講著他們花了兩年對於辦桌文化、歷史的考究，包括不同節慶搭配不同菜色、現場擺設的古禮、舉辦城市的選擇…等。對我來說，這個拍攝不只是工作，更是身為台灣人的學習和驕傲。 這半年，12小時的時差，我們輪流日夜顛倒，討論著每個細節，都是牽一髮動全身、都是需要好多、好多的幫忙，好多、好多的熱情，一環接著一環才能串起每一幀畫面。 小至來自3個vendors 的餐盤、食材（有蛋的紅蟳？OMG)、蒸鍋（我人生從沒為廚具如此奔波過），大至拍攝現場的許可、3台20ft 卡車、200人的流動廁所、150 Gallon的洗手台、5台非汽油的發電機… 一整週在紐約來回的奔波，主持人大清早備料、買食材、採訪新人…，每個人都在同條船上、互相cover。 So glad I have my Rollin Fam @rollinstudios.official to back me up. 17號當天，凌晨三點的時報廣場，load著餐桌、椅子、冰箱、fryer、electric burner…儘管拿到拍攝許可，因為人流、因為安全、因為各種可能，我們還是隨時都有可能被shut down。看著主持人們，端著一道道菜出去，我默默倒數著，十、九、… 一直到最後一盤水果盤出去，我才確認：我們辦到了。（原來花好月圓是前菜，不算在10道菜裡！！） 真的，幕前、幕後，非常real的台灣節目！ 期待六月上線！ #HaveASear #請世界吃桌 #我們辦到了

Film Festival Director - Anthony Argento @ant.101 Anthony Argento has worked in the film industry since age 16, contributing to productions for NBC, Nickelodeon, and Saturday Night Live. He studied at Pace University (Technical Design) and the New York Film Academy (Filmmaking), while also earning recognition from the Astoria Performance Art Center (APAC). Spotting a demand for hands-on film education, he founded Rollin Studios in 2010. Starting with NYC film students (NYU, Columbia, etc.), the company expanded globally, working on projects like Kill Me, Heal Me (Korea), The Architecture of Love (Indonesia), The Wandering Earth 2 (China), Dear Strangers (Japan). Now focused on narrative features — Rollin Studios @rollinstudios.official continues to collaborate with international productions. Beyond production, Anthony mentors young filmmakers, believing -our youth shapes tomorrow！
