Went to my first UGC creator event and had a small “ok wait… this is actually happening” moment Not just there for the vibes… but invited to create too 🥹 UGC is only getting bigger real content > perfect content If you’ve been thinking about starting… this is your sign Thank you @oona.baas for the invite! 🤍 #UGC #creator #antwerpen

Three years ago my life didn’t look that bad from the outside. But I was avoiding a lot. Smoking, distracting myself, filling my time just so I didn’t have to sit with my own thoughts. And if I’m honest… I knew I could be more. I just wasn’t acting like it. These past years changed me. Not in big moments, more in small things. Saying no when I used to say yes. Having conversations I used to avoid. Letting go of people and also finding the right ones. People who challenged me. People who made me look at myself more honestly. A big part of that came from putting myself in different environments. Starting with trading, UGC, building something online. Not just for the money, but because it made me show up differently. More disciplined. More aware. That’s when things started shifting. Not everything at once, just slowly. And I think that’s what people don’t really see. It’s not one big change, it’s a lot of small decisions. Maybe you recognize that feeling. Where things are “fine”, but you know there’s more in you. I had that for a long time. I’m still figuring things out. But I’m not that version of me anymore. And that already changed a lot. If this feels familiar… just send me a message. I’ll show you what helped me.

A friend put me onto Real Roots, so naturally I had to do my little research first. I really liked what they stand for: natural supplements made from real foods, with a focus on pure and honest products. Not a collab, just something I genuinely wanted to try because it aligns with how I want to take care of myself. First try 🌱 @stephanie.bex thanks for the tip! 🥰

Save this for the next time you want to quit. ⬇️ It’s hard. That’s the whole point. I used to think that when something felt difficult, it meant I wasn’t meant for it. That the struggle was a sign to stop. But I’ve learned that every woman who has built something real, a business, a brand, a life she’s proud of went through the exact same discomfort you’re feeling right now. The difference? She did it anyway. People say they want an extraordinary life. But extraordinary doesn’t come from comfortable choices. It comes from the reel you filmed even though you were nervous. The idea you posted even though you were scared of judgment. The step you took even though you had no guarantee it would work. Discomfort means you’re growing. Difficulty means you’re doing something that matters. Don’t quit on yourself now. Drop a ❤️‍🔥 if you can relate.

You’ve been working for years. Your bank account should look different than it does. It doesn’t. And nobody’s going to tell you why… so I will. 5 reasons you’re making money but not building wealth. One of them is going to be uncomfortable to read. 01. You’re spending every dollar you make. Income without intention disappears… no matter what you earn. 02. Your only income is controlled by someone else. One stream of income is not a plan. It’s a risk you’re not even aware you’re taking. 03. You’re trading time for money with no ceiling. If your income stops the second you stop working, that’s a paycheck. Not wealth. 04. Your money isn’t working for you yet. Wealth grows while you sleep. If it’s just sitting there, or leaving, it’s not building anything. 05. You’re waiting until you make “enough” to start. There is no enough. The people ahead of you started with exactly what they had right now. I’m still in my 9-5. I’m not where I want to be yet. But I’m building, and these are the exact things I had to face to get started. Which number hit you the hardest? Drop it below.

Honestly, That question already tells me enough. 🤷‍♀️ You’re not competing with other men. You’re competing with me, my time, my peace, and how much I enjoy being alone. I’m not entertaining multiple people. Where do people even get the time for that shit 😂 I’m protecting my space. If it feels like chaos, inconsistency, or confusion… I step back and this goes for everyone in my environment. I’ve learned the hard way what it costs me not to. I’d rather be alone than feel unsettled in my own life. If you get this, you get it. 😍

I used to try to be what I thought someone else wanted. That never really worked. So now I just focus on becoming someone I actually respect myself. Everything else comes after that. If you’re on that same shift… you’ll get it. 🤝🔑

Read caption ⬇️ If you’re a creator stuck at €0… it’s usually not your content. It’s how you’re approaching it: 1. You focus on content, not value Ask yourself: what does this do for a brand? More clicks? More trust? More sales? If you can’t answer that, they won’t pay for it. 2. You wait until you’re “good enough” You don’t need better content, you need reps. Your first paid deal won’t come from perfection it comes from starting, testing, improving. 3. You don’t know how to position yourself Don’t just say “I make content” Be clear: what niche, what style, what result? Example: skincare content that builds trust + conversions 4. You treat it like a hobby No outreach, no follow-ups, no system Try this instead: → reach out to 5 - 10 brands a day → track who you contacted → follow up after 3–5 days 5. You avoid stating your prices Have a base rate ready before the conversation Say it clearly, without overexplaining If you don’t set the standard, the brand will. This isn’t about being perfect It’s about moving like it’s already your business Stand on your business, m’amm. #ugc

This is the part people don’t really talk about. ⬇️ Not the big wins. Not the “freedom” part. Just the in-between. Working, building, figuring things out while you’re still in it. Still having a job. Still being tired sometimes. Still showing up anyway. It’s not glamorous. It’s not perfectly balanced. But it’s consistent. And I think that’s what actually changes things over time. You don’t suddenly become a different person overnight. You just start moving differently, little by little. And one day you look back and realize you don’t recognize that version of you anymore. If you’re in that phase right now… keep going. And if you’re serious about building something next to your job, and you want to be around girls who are focused on growth, UGC and becoming financially literate… send me a message. I’ll show you what we’re building. #onlinebusiness #UGC #realtalk #financeisfemale #antwerpen

These are 3 things that work well for me right now (And I always start with a big glass of water) 1. ±30g protein (eggs) Starting with protein helps keep your blood sugar more stable. So you get more steady energy and fewer cravings later. If I start with sugar, I notice I crash way faster. 2. Olive oil + lemon shot Healthy fats support your brain and hormones, especially in the morning. Olive oil = good fats + supports digestion. Lemon helps kickstart digestion and hydration. A lot of skin-related things start internally, so this just supports that over time. 3. Collagen powder More of a long-term habit. Supports skin, hair, nails, and joints. I use the “Gen 3” powder from JIFU in raspberry flavour which is actually tasty!
