Three years ago my life didnât look that bad from the outside. But I was avoiding a lot. Smoking, distracting myself, filling my time just so I didnât have to sit with my own thoughts.
And if Iâm honest⌠I knew I could be more. I just wasnât acting like it.
These past years changed me. Not in big moments, more in small things. Saying no when I used to say yes. Having conversations I used to avoid. Letting go of people and also finding the right ones.
People who challenged me. People who made me look at myself more honestly.
A big part of that came from putting myself in different environments. Starting with trading, UGC, building something online. Not just for the money, but because it made me show up differently. More disciplined. More aware.
Thatâs when things started shifting. Not everything at once, just slowly. And I think thatâs what people donât really see. Itâs not one big change, itâs a lot of small decisions.
Maybe you recognize that feeling. Where things are âfineâ, but you know thereâs more in you.
I had that for a long time.
Iâm still figuring things out. But Iâm not that version of me anymore. And that already changed a lot.
If this feels familiar⌠just send me a message. Iâll show you what helped me.
Different lives. Different stories. Different kinds of strength.
Today we celebrate every woman.
Happy International Womenâs Day đ¤

A friend put me onto Real Roots, so naturally I had to do my little research first.
I really liked what they stand for: natural supplements made from real foods, with a focus on pure and honest products.
Not a collab, just something I genuinely wanted to try because it aligns with how I want to take care of myself.
First try đą
@stephanie.bex thanks for the tip! đĽ°
Save this for the next time you want to quit. âŹď¸
Itâs hard.
Thatâs the whole point.
I used to think that when something felt difficult, it meant I wasnât meant for it.
That the struggle was a sign to stop.
But Iâve learned that every woman who has built something real, a business, a brand, a life sheâs proud of went through the exact same discomfort youâre feeling right now.
The difference?
She did it anyway.
People say they want an extraordinary life.
But extraordinary doesnât come from comfortable choices.
It comes from the reel you filmed even though you were nervous.
The idea you posted even though you were scared of judgment.
The step you took even though you had no guarantee it would work.
Discomfort means youâre growing.
Difficulty means youâre doing something that matters.
Donât quit on yourself now.
Drop a â¤ď¸âđĽ if you can relate.
Youâve been working for years. Your bank account should look different than it does. It doesnât. And nobodyâs going to tell you why⌠so I will.
5 reasons youâre making money but not building wealth. One of them is going to be uncomfortable to read.
01. Youâre spending every dollar you make. Income without intention disappears⌠no matter what you earn.
02. Your only income is controlled by someone else. One stream of income is not a plan. Itâs a risk youâre not even aware youâre taking.
03. Youâre trading time for money with no ceiling. If your income stops the second you stop working, thatâs a paycheck. Not wealth.
04. Your money isnât working for you yet. Wealth grows while you sleep. If itâs just sitting there, or leaving, itâs not building anything.
05. Youâre waiting until you make âenoughâ to start. There is no enough. The people ahead of you started with exactly what they had right now.
Iâm still in my 9-5. Iâm not where I want to be yet. But Iâm building, and these are the exact things I had to face to get started.
Which number hit you the hardest? Drop it below.
Honestly, That question already tells me enough. đ¤ˇââď¸
Youâre not competing with other men.
Youâre competing with me, my time, my peace, and how much I enjoy being alone.
Iâm not entertaining multiple people. Where do people even get the time for that shit đ
Iâm protecting my space.
If it feels like chaos, inconsistency, or confusion⌠I step back and this goes for everyone in my environment.
Iâve learned the hard way what it costs me not to.
Iâd rather be alone than feel unsettled in my own life.
If you get this, you get it. đ
I used to try to be what I thought someone else wanted.
That never really worked.
So now I just focus on becoming someone I actually respect myself.
Everything else comes after that.
If youâre on that same shift⌠youâll get it. đ¤đ

If youâre a creator stuck at âŹ0⌠itâs usually not your content.
Itâs how youâre approaching it:
1. You focus on content, not value Ask yourself: what does this do for a brand? More clicks? More trust? More sales? If you canât answer that, they wonât pay for it.
2. You wait until youâre âgood enoughâ You donât need better content, you need reps. Your first paid deal wonât come from perfection it comes from starting, testing, improving.
3. You donât know how to position yourself Donât just say âI make contentâ Be clear: what niche, what style, what result? Example: skincare content that builds trust + conversions
4. You treat it like a hobby No outreach, no follow-ups, no system Try this instead: â reach out to 5 - 10 brands a day â track who you contacted â follow up after 3â5 days
5. You avoid stating your prices Have a base rate ready before the conversation Say it clearly, without overexplaining If you donât set the standard, the brand will.
This isnât about being perfect
Itâs about moving like itâs already your business
Stand on your business, mâamm.

This is the part people donât really talk about. âŹď¸
Not the big wins. Not the âfreedomâ part.
Just the in-between.
Working, building, figuring things out while youâre still in it.
Still having a job. Still being tired sometimes.
Still showing up anyway.
Itâs not glamorous. Itâs not perfectly balanced.
But itâs consistent.
And I think thatâs what actually changes things over time.
You donât suddenly become a different person overnight.
You just start moving differently, little by little.
And one day you look back and realize
you donât recognize that version of you anymore.
If youâre in that phase right now⌠keep going.
And if youâre serious about building something next to your job,
and you want to be around girls who are focused on growth, UGC and becoming financially literateâŚ
send me a message. Iâll show you what weâre building.

These are 3 things that work well for me right now
(And I always start with a big glass of water)
1. Âą30g protein (eggs)
Starting with protein helps keep your blood sugar more stable.
So you get more steady energy and fewer cravings later.
If I start with sugar, I notice I crash way faster.
2. Olive oil + lemon shot
Healthy fats support your brain and hormones, especially in the morning.
Olive oil = good fats + supports digestion.
Lemon helps kickstart digestion and hydration.
A lot of skin-related things start internally, so this just supports that over time.
3. Collagen powder
More of a long-term habit.
Supports skin, hair, nails, and joints.
I use the âGen 3â powder from JIFU in raspberry flavour which is actually tasty!
