It’s the kind of experience that feels deeply considered without ever trying too hard. Each dish moves with intention, balancing restraint and creativity in a way that lets the ingredients speak loudly. There’s nothing excessive, nothing missing—just precise, seasonal expression at its best.
This guy turned 50 yesterday.
We may not look alike but we have the same facial expressions and mannerisms. The only indicator he's old is the plentiful grey hairs he inherited from our mom while I'm lucky enough to sport our dad's pitch black hair into old age.

Our beloved Marley has found his forever home with the most amazing pawrents, and we couldn’t be happier! His new family are seasoned senior dog lovers who embrace every quirk with open arms. They adopted Dobby (now Stanley) from us in 2023 and knew he needed a buddy—enter Marley! 🥺
Marley has been a slow burn, but he’s slowly starting to show his cuddly, goofy side, and we just know he’s exactly where he’s meant to be. Here’s to a lifetime of love, naps, and senior dog shenanigans!

Two weeks in Alaska was totally worth it as I got with the most memorable ski photo.
@tinovillanueva thought he was photographing the avalanche - little did he know he was actually capturing my real time struggle of standing up in powder after losing balance and tipping over.
