I’ll be in Cannes 17-23 May for my short film premiere at the American Pavilion. Let’s meet and talk about some projects I’m developing! ☕️✨ One of which is a feature version of my short film Fuel Up, about a female race car driver, but I’m also looking to fund other projects.
A psychological thriller (feature) with the logline: When a homeless woman discovers her body is biologically linked to a wealthy 9-year old girl, she must save her before the link turns fatal.
A dark fairytale short, set in Mexico and centered around 3 sisters: The night after their cruel stepfather punishes her older sister for wetting the bed again, Silvia escorts her to the scary outhouse, where a shadow lurks.
Want to connect and talk film over a coffee at la Croisette? Hit me up! 🎬✨☕️🌊🌞
CONGRATS to team Amor fati for their double nomination in the Easterseals disability film challenge (best writer & best film)! It was a blast to be able to develop this story with Joe and to work with Julia, who drafted the earlier versions of the script! 🫶✨🎬 It was truly amazing to see such a supportive community at the award ceremony today. 95% of disabled roles still go to non-disabled performers, even though 1 out of 4 Americans identify as having a disability. Clearly there’s very capable people interested in fulfilling such roles, both in front and behind camera. Let’s create more opportunities Iike this and find the resources to support and accommodate more diverse artists! 🏁🩷 Thank you Joe for bringing me onto this project 🫶
Gear up, we are going to Cannes baby! 🇫🇷🎥
Our virtual thesis film ‘Fuel Up’ has been selected for the 2026 American Pavilion Emerging Filmmaker Showcase at the Cannes Film Festival and will screen at the Palais des Festivals on 19 May.
A HUGE shoutout to the entire team who made this possible! 🫶💙🏁

FUEL UP screened at the Norris theatre at USC! Thank you SO much to everyone who came and to everyone who poured their heart and soul into this project. This truly was a team effort and I could not have completed this film without everyone’s help. I’ve met so many great people in the process of making this film and I can’t wait to make more films with you guys. Who knows… a racing feature… Thank you all, I love you 🫶✨🩷🍿
Pull up in that Lamborghini so you can see a special screening of FUEL UP and 6 other amazing USC thesis films at the Eileen Norris Cinema theatre this 24 January at 3 PM! I can’t wait to show you guys what we’ve been working on! See you there!! 🏎️🏁
Gorgeous poster design courtesy by @big_picture_co ✌️THANK YOU!
ELBOWS OUT for @fuelupfilm , screening soon!
I figured I’d share some more frames I photographed from my favorite @usccinema project last year.
Collaboration with @annekoolen , @abel_guan , and @juliabyers94 is always a joy — and I’m grateful to be able to return to the volume wall.
Having experience working with walls before I had to enter my first full volume was priceless—it changes the technical of how you have to think as a set photographer.
And, cheers to USC for adopting me.
It’s been a treat getting to rewrite my originally terrible experience with film school, learn on my own terms — helping me understand how the next generation is thinking and most importantly, re learn how my role works on sets of all different kinds of movies.
See you next semester.
Always happy to answer the call if I’m free.
Excited to announce that I became an official member of Runway’s Student Ambassador Program! We just picture locked my virtual thesis film Fuel Up, and Runway’s AI video generation tools will help me create the wide shots for the racing scenes. They recently launched the option to create workflows for custom AI pipelines, which I’m very thrilled to use as well. Besides 100.000 credits and a Pro License, they grant me access to their community and the Runway team. Big thanks to my industry mentor for introducing me to their team!
That’s a wrap on “If you can catch me”, Directed by the talented Eem, produced by me and my lovely producing partner Hanissa! I couldn’t be more grateful for this team, many of them returning from Fuel Up ❤️ A special shoutout to our AD Emmalyne who somehow managed to get us through our last day with 5 company moves on campus, ending at 1:30 AM at our Homebase at SCA 🎬 I’m so proud of us all, especially this last weekend where it seemed like everything that could go wrong did go wrong, but we somehow still managed to get everything done. There have been so many challenges but just as many fun moments I cherish and will keep with me forever. 🫶✨💫🪐 Thank you SO MUCH to everyone who contributed to this film 🫶🩷
