When a couple says they’re planning a western wedding, that can mean a lot of different things. They might be picturing: • Mountain West — alpine landscapes, earth tones, timber lodges • Western Romance — wildflowers, lace details, dusty pastels • Wild West — bold motifs, fringe, whiskey bar moments • Elevated Ranch — pasture views, cattle brands, rich leather accents • Desert Chic — warm desert tones, sun-washed textures, pampas • Black Tie Cowboy — champagne, cigar lounges, dramatic evenings Same western umbrella. Very different directions. And one of the first places that direction starts to show up? Your invitations.

If timeless and romantic is the whole vibe, and calla lilies are on your floral list... pay attention to this one. This is what your suite looks like when it’s living alongside your wedding day flowers. The two things you’re planning separately? They belong together like this.

This bride ran into a question a lot of people have right now. Do you go fully online for RSVPs or stick with traditional reply cards? She loved the ease of directing guests to her wedding website, but also knew some guests would be more comfortable mailing something back. Instead of choosing one or the other, we created two reply card options. One with the website for online RSVPs and one with a classic card and envelope. When it came time to send everything out, she could tailor each suite depending on the guest. It kept the process simple for everyone and made sure no one felt unsure about how to respond.

Some invitations take a little extra time and this is one of them. A letterpress invitation paired with a printed backer to give depth, dimension, and interest. We take the extra step every time if it means the final piece feels exactly how it is supposed to.

If you are planning a welcome party or rehearsal dinner event, you can include a card for it in the suites of those invited. This is an easy way to include more details without needing to send it as a separate invitation.

If you want your invitation suite to feel a little more personal, custom die cut shapes are worth knowing about. Instead of everything being a standard rectangle, certain pieces within your suite can be cut into unique shapes that reflect your overall design and smaller details you want to highlight. This could be a shaped details card, a custom tag, or an accent piece that ties everything together in a more intentional way.

This suite is all about thoughtful detail. A custom pocket keeps each piece organized while creating a layered presentation. An oval monogram wax seal adds a personal, elevated finish. Deckled edges bring in a soft, hand-torn texture that feels romantic and timeless. The result is more than an invitation. It sets the tone for your entire wedding from the very first moment your guests open it. If you are drawn to intentional details like these, a custom suite may be the perfect fit.

A wedding day timeline does more than keep things on track. It helps your guests know where to be and when, keeps your vendors aligned, and allows you to move through the day without feeling rushed or uncertain. It can be included as a card within your invitation suite or displayed as signage at your wedding, adding both clarity and a thoughtful design element. From the ceremony to the last dance, a clear timeline creates a smoother, more enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
