I lost 40 kilos, but the biggest changes were not the ones people could see. What surprised me most was that confidence did not arrive all at once, discipline mattered more than motivation, and healing my relationship with myself took longer than changing my body. This journey taught me that transformation is not just about looking different, it is about thinking differently, choosing differently, and showing up for yourself on the days nobody claps for you. If you are in the middle of your own journey, this is your reminder that progress is still progress, even when it feels slow. 🩵

@anna.in.progress is where I’m sharing my wellness journey. Over the past 3 months, I started opening up here about my routine, including a 75-day challenge that completely changed the way I exercise, helped me build a new routine, and supported my weight-loss maintenance. This journey actually started last year, and I’m doing it for myself. Why a new Instagram? I realized my old account had people from 12 years ago, and not everyone was here for this chapter of my life. It didn’t feel like the right space for the content I wanted to share. Even though I’ll continue posting here, this new space is also for the other parts of my life. So if you want to follow more of my journey losing 40 kg over the last year, I’ll be sharing everything there. 💙

3 months ago, I wasn’t exercising at all. When I started this challenge, my only goal was to move every day: Pilates, gym, dance, or even just a walk around the city. During the first month, I wasn’t feeling motivated at all; I was simply showing up because I had decided to keep going. Now, after 3 months, my routine has completely changed. I go to classes at least 3 times a week, I feel more energy, I feel more motivated, and I can truly see and feel my muscle improvements. In 75 days, I dropped my fat percentage by 3.3%, but more than that, I proved to myself that small daily actions can completely change your life. Save this for the days you think small changes don’t matter. ✨

Spoiler: it wasn’t a miracle, it was just me deciding to show up for myself.

Challenged myself this morning at @othership Previously hit 5°C cold plunge, but today, with guided breathwork, I powered through 2 full minutes at 2°C. Slowly but surely improving. Nothing beats sauna, ice bath, journaling, and tea to renew the mind. Small consistent wins on this wellness journey! ❄️☕

Started my wellness journey last year at 103kg, now I’m thriving at 65kg! 🌿💪 This year taught me what I resisted before: small, consistent changes outperform any radical plan every time. This February, I finally embraced exercise with a 75-day challenge. Didn’t expect weight loss (just muscle gains) but my fat percentage plummeted in those 2.5 months! Spring vibes have me eyeing the next small shift. Who’s got ideas for seasonal challenges? Drop them below! 👇 🌸 #WellnessJourney #ConsistencyWins #SpringReset
