First connecting as DIVA’s 2023 artists in residence, Triin (@triin_kukk ) and Andreea (@ann.raluca ) join forces once again during OBSESSED! 2025, presenting the duo exhibition '(un)common grounds'.
Setting their practices side by side, they explore contrast and materiality: Andreea experiments with soft, fluid textiles, while Triin works with rigid white bronze. Together, pieces highlight the tension and harmony, between softness and solidity, flexibility and permanence, observation and creation.

WHAT DOES THE FLEA MARKET AS A CONTEXT OF RESEARCH MEAN TO YOU?
It's a continuous search for understanding the histories of others. I'm using the flea market as a way to monitor the type of jewels that pass through at a certain time and discover how objects migrate. I have been visualizing the migration lines at Brussels Marolles flea
market on Place du Jeu de Balle by documenting what passes through in the form of silver jewellery.
New work on show at @nieuweinstituut in Rotterdam developed with the support of @currentobsessionmag . Beyond happy to be part of it!!! ✨
