For thousands of years, the Huni Kuin people of the Brazilian and Peruvian Amazon have worked with HapĂ©h (tobacco snuff) as one of their most important medicines. It clears the mind, grounds the body, opens the heart, brings deep healing and creates a direct channel to spirit. This is not a trend. It is an ancestral sacred relationship, passed down through lineages of wisdom keepers who have devoted their lives to its care. As HapĂ©h grows in global popularity, it is increasingly being used outside its cultural context, often times without proper understanding or respect. That is why this moment matters. Join Chief Ninawa Pai de Mata, leader of Novo Futuro village deep in the Brazilian Amazon and one of the region’s most respected Indigenous leaders, for a live masterclass on the sacred tradition of HapĂ©h. In this session, Ninawa shares the origin story of HapĂ©h within the Huni Kuin tradition, the correct protocols for working with this medicine, and a sacred song used to invoke its spirit for healing and protection. This is a rare opportunity to receive these teachings directly from the source. Authentic Huni Kuin HapĂ©h medicine, Tepis, and Kuripes are also available in our shop, sourced directly from the community. Comment below for more details. The world teaches us that happiness comes from having more. But some of the purest joy I’ve ever witnessed came from people with almost nothing at all. 🌅 Maybe abundance was never about possessions, but about presence, connection, and the ability to truly live in the moment. ✹ Video from @ogsimbatravel
