Film Azərbaycan Respublikası Mədəniyyət Nazirliyinin tabeliyində fəaliyyət göstərən Azərbaycan Respublikasının Kino Agentliyinin (ARKA) post-prodakşn mərhələsində olan filmlərlə bağlı “2025-ci il üzrə filmlərə dəstək müsabiqəsi”ndə qalib gəlib. At the awards ceremony of the Astana Eco Film Festival, held as part of the international exhibition RES 2026 EXPO (Regional Ecological Summit) in the capital of Kazakhstan, Astana, the animated film “Earth and Moon” was named the winner in the category “Best Eco Short Film”. The film was a winner of the 2025 Film Support Competition for projects in post-production, organized by the Cinema Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ARKA), operating under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The project was produced by Uzbekistan’s DIP Animation studio and Azerbaijan’s PERI FILM studio, with additional support from ANIMAFILM Studio. The film is directed by Pavel Kim, who also serves as the Uzbek producer, while the Azerbaijani producer is Rashid Aghamaliyev. This project is the first international animated co-production realized between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan.

Azərbaycan Dövlət Mədəniyyət və İncəsənət Universitetin “Animasiya və kompyuter qrafikası” ixtisasının 3-cü kurs tələbəsi Nuray Mehdiyeva tədris proqramı çərçivəsində ANİMAFİLM studiyasında istehsalat təcrübəsi keçmişdir. Təcrübə müddətində o, animasiya sahəsindəki nəzəri biliklərini praktiki müstəvidə tətbiq edərək sahənin mütəxəssisləri ilə birgə iş prosesində yaxından iştirak etmişdir. Nuray Mehdiyeva, a 3rd-year student majoring in “Animation and Computer Graphics” at ADMIU, has completed her internship at ANIMAFILM Studio as part of her curriculum. During the internship, she applied her theoretical knowledge in a practical environment and worked closely with industry experts throughout the production process. The director of the film is Polish director Izabela Plucińska.
