東京を拠点に活動するDJ。2018年に神戸でDJを始め現在Aoyama Tunnelにてレジデントを努めながら、多様なジャンルのアーティストが集まる交差点的パーティPLAYGROUNDを主催している。
ハウス、ディスコを中心にプレイ。特に最近はイタロディスコやアシッドハウス、プログレッシブハウスなどを好み、時にパワフルに時に緻密にMixしダンスフロアにグルーヴとエネルギーを与えている。
2024年には、イギリスのthe Disco ExpressやLOOSE.fmにMixを提供し、韓国のVisfa.fmでプレイするなど、国外へも活動の幅を広げている。

Daniel Romero, known as ANIMAM, is a DJ and producer with over 18 years of experience in the electronic music scene. He began his career organizing events in Mexico City, exploring genres from electro to techno, which led him to perform on national and international stages.
His sound is defined by eclectic, dancefloor-driven sets that blend house, trance, techno, and trip-hop, characterized by deep, groovy basslines, rhythmic shifts, and subtle glitch textures.
ANIMAM has performed across Mexico and abroad and released music on several labels. In 2026, he will release a new EP on the European platform 44100hz Social Club.
He is also a co-founder of the Boca Boca collective, dedicated to creating unique dance experiences and supporting local talent.
