Tap in and follow the story as it unfolds.
I got my first camera when I was about 11 or 12 and it’s funny because it was a DSI and I took pictures of any and everything I could, I took selfies of myself and even off guards of me and my family. I never once saw myself picking up a camera professionally, even when I went to film school for my four years of high school. It’s crazy to tell this story now, with a good four cameras later and multiple shoots later, especially when my stuff is now printed, framed, and up at a gallery. Younger me would think I am super awesome, and that’s all that matters to me. I can only be anything but thankful for having the ability to tell stories through my art, and I think it’s a gift to be able to capture the essence of people, places, and things and to meet the coolest dopest people along the way.
I just wanna start off by thanking Monad and Dez 🥹 for having me at their wonderful exhibit! Shoutout to my amazing friends for sending me every gallery opening and opportunity, and for the continuous support to apply and take a chance on myself. And shoutout to my parents for giving me my first camera and supporting me on my many creative endeavors. Cheers to more beautiful memories and more stories to tell.
Delighted to announce that I will be a vendor for the first time at my cousin’s @vividlocs_llc hair show this Sunday 4/27/25 at @sankofahaus from 2pm-7pm. I will be selling basketball shorts as pictured along with hair accessories and pins. Always got to rep the home team. See y’all there !!
