End of the year recap..Mental health and depression let’s talk about it Started off strong I was happy and healthy.. mentally. Then life hit me I overworked myself, I thought i was gonna lose my dad and i didn’t know how to cope. I guess in a way i did, i did what I usually do and pulled away and got stuck in my thoughts. At first I was numb, it was like I empty and I got stuck in it. I started to cry myself to sleep again, I’d cry when i was home alone, I’d cry in the car and I was beginning to think to myself I didn’t really want to live like this anymore. I put off talking about this because once you really say it out loud and everyone knows you can’t take it back lol, but i planned my big “hoorah” trip and i wrote my letters. It was thanksgiving in a couple days and after it was my nephews birthday and I didn’t want to ruin that. Anyways, a week ago i was on ft with my mom and she started crying and was saying how this was such a hard time and she didn’t know why she felt that way, I told her i felt that way too and that its okay. Then a couple days ago I was at breakfast with my dad and he said the same thing, how he’s been feeling depressed and not wanting to do anything lately and right there is when i realized how all this time i felt alone i wasn’t the only one who felt this way. Two of the closest people to me felt the way i did and i never knew. Anyways my point is that even when you feel like you’re alone, you’re not. I’m here. When you feel like a burden because you feel this way, you’re not. So many others get this way. You are so deserving of life, times get hard but it does get better. Someone told me sometimes were put in this life to feel things so deeply like some were born to be singers or make others laugh. We’re all meant to be here on this earth. Go into this new year with one thing in mind,yourself. Again, you are so loved even when it feels like the opposite. You are not alone. BE KIND TO OTHERS YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT THEY ARE GOING THROUGH. I love you all and Happy New Year im so grateful for those in my life💚
