Thanks so much for trusting me to do this solo~ I had a lot of fun thinking of how to fill up my time walking across the diagonal, studying the meaning behind the lyrics, and figuring out what moves would complement the rest of the group.
And of course, emoting the angst :) I don’t get to do that as much since I dance feminine styles more often, so this was definitely a treat 💜

Sep 2022 - May 2023: Photo dump (“Angela in front of camera” edition)
Some highlights: a couple of Disney trips, photo shoots at airbnbs, celebrating the holidays, the black hole that was the layoffs, mini-trips to New York, Vancouver, and Lake Tahoe, and overall trying to up my fashion game :)

Apr - Jul 2022: Trying to clear out my backlog since it’s already 2024!
Some highlights:
- Moving back to the US and moving to East Bay
- Finally going to a Distant Worlds concert
- Starting work at Disney
- Finding a Tsum Tsum arcade game at Round 1 :))
- Visiting Vancouver
- Visiting Seattle and going to a Stray Kids concert
- Finally visiting Alcatraz
- Watching Moulin Rouge!
This dance was inspired by the feelings of longing and bittersweetness when looking back at the past. Also inspired by the original music video for Bang Yongguk’s Portrait :)
Really appreciate @eclipse.kpop for providing a practice space to choreograph, introducing me to @lexin.y for the videography, and being patient with me while I fumbled through the editing of this dance piece.
This has been a veryyy long project from the initial idea to the final edit - mainly due to my own motivation and other life factors. Excited to finally share this on IG! :)
