Every Easter in Northern Italy, the Lenten fast ends the same way - Tortellini in Brodo, made by someone’s nonna.
We called our Nonna to show us how it’s done, but she had other plans (bingo at the Italian Club) so Chef Anfa took the wheel... and delivered.
