You never know when you are going to drop dead so bloody work as much as you can. Ongoing exhibition or not. We continue to work because this is what artist do. We work like hell. This MacRitchie inspired painting reminds me of the 1998 film What Dreams May Come, the “painting part” depicts the afterlife as a living, impressionistic oil painting created from the imagination and art of Annie (Annabella Sciorra). Chris (Robin Williams) explores this world, where landscapes are wet, vibrant paint—like blue Jacaranda trees—symbolizing their love and memories.
Join curator Bridget Tay for the artist talk on 16 May, 3PM. She would unveil what’s on my mind and how we arrived at the idea for the show.

The Other Side Of The Same Side is officially open. Big hugs and a big thank you to friends and family that braved the rain to join me for the opening. You all could choose to be anywhere else to kick off the weekend, yet you all chose to spend your precious Friday evening to be with me at my show. I am deeply touched and I feel really blessed.
