I've had some pretty incredible wildlife encounters in my life, but this one takes the cake I think. Coming home from a grocery run and I got to observe this mountain lion (or red tiger as they call them locally) for about 5 minutes on our road. 2 years ago today I did the craziest and most scary thing I've ever done. I was recently single, had just quit my job, sold my house and everything in it. I hopped on my dirtbike with no plan. Just headed south, and the rest is history. I met a ton of cool people and saw some amazing sights...ended up living in the jungle in Belize. Life is weird and crazy and beautiful! "Bye mom!"
