There are moments in life that happen so beautifully, so spontaneously ~ that you couldn’t have planned them if you tried.
This is flow state.
During my meditation training we went down to the beach for sunset.
To meditate, to be in gratitude.
Simply present.
And then ~ the way life does when you stop gripping it… everything just unfolded.
It was Andy’s birthday. Ash had picked this spot by chance. And it just so happened that Andy’s friend was singing at the restaurant right there on the beach.
And it just so happened that Andy herself is a professional singer.
And before we knew it, we were all dancing in the sand, under the biggest full moon, as a community, with music pouring over us like it had always been meant for that exact moment.
Pure joy. Pure connection.
This is what I mean when I talk about letting go of control.
Not passivity ~ presence.
When you stop bracing against life and actually show up for it, it meets you in ways you couldn’t have imagined.
The little moments. The ones that pull your souls together.
So grateful for the humans I get to meet along the way. 🌕

I wonder what becomes possible for you when you loosen the grip… even just a little.
I just finished my Meditation Teacher Training.
And even though I’m extremely happy with all the knowledge and incredible things I learned, once again life showed me that, more than the jurney, it’s those you share it with that stay in your heart❤️🌻
