It’s been 24 hours since I got to attend the Mandalorian and Grogu premiere. Thank you so much @lateefcrowderdossantos and @katieohhh for the invite. I cannot thank both of you enough. Also it was great to see Lateef and @therealbrendanwayne get all the spotlight they both deserve. I’m truly grateful to consider both of you and your loved ones as family. I’m filled with pride to see both of you on the silver screen. Again. Congrats and the movie and can’t wait for everyone to see what both of you bring as Mando.

Since I’m in Atlanta this week, my wonderful wife had to battle the LA traffic to get a signed book from one of my favorite actors, @jetli . I’m so jealous of this photo. Thank you @madame_luk . You the best. ❤️

Guided by Andy Luk, Director of Operations at Formula Drift Holdings, Sport Management students got exclusive access to the kickoff of the 2026 Formula DRIFT season at the Long Beach Convention Center, alongside the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach. Students experienced the energy of the event firsthand while engaging alongside alumni Andrew Kihn ‘08 and Kristen Higa ‘22, gaining valuable industry perspective. A standout moment was the Ford Motor Company activation, where students experienced drifting firsthand, highlighting how brands create immersive, high-impact fan engagement. Moments like this continue to shape how students understand and engage with the sport industry in real time. #USFCA #SportsManagement #SportsBiz #FormulaDrift

The City of Long Beach and the racing community lost a wonderful man over the weekend. If it wasn’t for Jim Michaelian and Dwight Tanaka, you would not be seeing drift cars on the streets of Long Beach. I have spent close to 20 years listening and learning from Jim and I will miss him this year during the 6am meetings. Rest in Peace Jim. Thank you for everything.

Story time. Not too many people know how we first got connected with @formulad , but they’ve actually been supporting Fujiwara Tofu Cafe since the very beginning. Without them, we honestly wouldn’t be where we are today. Back in 2018 when we first started, we were vending at night market events — basically food festivals where we sold our soymilk and tofu pudding. We would always park our Toyota AE86 or Subaru Impreza next to the booth to represent our brand. I remember one specific 2-day event. On the first day, two kids came up to our booth and told us we should sign up to become a vendor at Formula Drift. I told them that was definitely one of our goals — maybe one day we would make it there. Then on the second day of the event, one of my staff came to the back and told me someone at the front was looking for the owner of the booth. I got a little nervous thinking maybe something was wrong with the food. So I ran to the front, and it was just a normal guy wearing an Initial D shirt. I asked him if everything was okay with his order. He smiled and said he really liked our concept and asked if we would be interested in becoming a vendor at Formula Drift. I was thinking… didn’t someone just ask us that yesterday? So I told him, “Yeah, maybe one day.” Then he said something I’ll never forget: “I work for Formula Drift.” He handed me his business card, and that was the beginning of everything. That person was @andyluk75 , the director of Formula Drift. Since that day, Andy has been guiding us and supporting us throughout this entire journey. Without meeting Andy and his wonderful family, Fujiwara Tofu Cafe wouldn’t have been able to grow the way it did. They’re not just partners or supporters — they’ve become family to us. Thank you for believing in us from the very beginning. I’ve met tons of amazing people thru Formula Drift family and I’ll definitely cherish this friendship forever. 🤍 . . . #FormulaDrift #FujiwaraTofuCafe

@s2kyoo_57 and @vinzx_xd This is only a chapter of your life and what you have created in the automotive community. You created a safe place for the automotive enthusiasts to share their love of Initial D and tofu. I’m so proud of both of you and what you have accomplished. Much more happy that I cannot only call you close friends but family. I await your next chapter of @fujiwara.tofu.cafe as I know it will be bigger and better. Soak up all the love from the community that is coming out. You both created this love. Much love to both of you. I don’t know how that random homeless white guy got into this photo. Sorry.

Last car meet at @fujiwara.tofu.cafe in 2025, pretty fun but only a few cool cars this time. This MR2 is one of the best in the meet. There was a Ferrari there too but too crowded. Love the first pic cuz the shop name #AE86 #MR2 #Toyota #Cars #carmeets #carsofinstagram #trend #viral #fyp

Happy New Year! 2025 was amazing and I'm hyped for 2026! Watching @mara_luk_ grow into a young woman has been incredible. @madame_luk 's new car is going to be epic by 26. We lost a loved one, Oscar, but we remember him every day ❤️.

A year ago I snuck into Irwindale Speedway for a final goodbye. So sad that this place is gone. Took a couple of pieces of the front straight and gave it to people that had a part of the history of the track.
